Do I Need an Active Payment Method on File? If So, Why?
Yes, an active payment method is required to be on file. We require a payment method because your account is billed on the first of the month for usage each previous month, or once you’ve reached your account’s billing threshold for your plan level. Then the threshold resets so you can continue sending all the mail you need to send. Without an active payment method on file, your mail will not be sent.
When is Payment Due?
Payments are charged automatically on the first of the month for last month’s usage, or once your account reaches the billing threshold for your plan level . Free members are charged once their accounts reach $1000 worth of sends. Pro members get charged once their accounts reach $5000 worth of sends.Once payment is completed, your threshold resets and you can resume mailing.
