Account Setup:
Gain access to the power of Direct Mail Manager (DMM) within minutes after you create your free account. After completing the signup process, navigate to the Account Settings page where you will input your full contact information, assign authorized team members, billing information, API keys, and subscription plans.
DMM Plans:
Each of our tiered plans offer different benefits depending on your needs. As you go up in plans, you gain more support, better pricing, and customized solutions.
Starter – A free plan that is ideal for anyone sending less than 1,000 mailers per month.
Pro – This plan is $199 a month and includes free integration support and three custom postcard or letter designs. Ideal for SMBs sending 1,000+ mailers per month.
Enterprise – A custom solution that is created for your business and ideal for customers mailing 10,000+ a month.
Your Artwork:
Direct Mail Manager offers three mail sizes: 4×6, 6×9, and 8.5×11 envelope mailers. We accept PDF, JPG, and HTML file formats. You may supply your own designs and ensure mail compliance by utilizing our design templates, or we can create a design for you through our art department for an additional cost.
Your Addresses:
Although we can supply you with data, DMM is a platform that works best when you bring your own data. Our system allows you to create a single address, or upload multiple addresses by importing them via CSV or Excel. Alternatively, you may import addresses through one of our custom integrations. Lists can be labeled and saved within your account for future use.
Also, our system has a built in tool that allows you to verify each address prior to the mailing. This ensures you have accurate, and clean data. The verification tool uses a color coding system that will flag what data, if anything, is missing from each address.
Mailing Campaigns:
Once your artwork and list is created inside of your account, you may create a mail named campaign and attach an artwork and list of your choosing. Within 24-48 hours your campaign will be produced and given to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery.
Mail Tracking:
Each campaign sent through DMM has a unique barcode that is scanned by USPS as it travels through the mail stream. DMM then uniquely processes USPS mail scans along with additional information returned from USPS. You can access this mail tracking data via our API or Dashboard, or get notifications for them by creating webhooks. Webhook Response:
You can listen to certain events via API by creating any of 3 current webhooks on the following page of your DMM account – https://app.directmailmanager.com/settings/webhooks
Click the dropdown and listen to:
- When a mailing list import is completed on the front-end
- When a scheduled postcard is created
- When a scheduled letter is created
