Additional features users can access with their Direct Mail Manager accounts include:
- Mail Tracking:
Refine your mailing cadence with Direct Mail Manager’s mail tracking capabilities. Direct Mail Manager users can track their mailers from the moment they leave the post office right until they arrive in the mailboxes of your recipients. The platform allows users to see how many mailers are in transit, delivered or returning to the post office at any given moment. - Address Verification:
Verify the accuracy of the addresses on your mailing list prior to sending with address verification from Direct Mail Manager. Suppose that one of the addresses on your mailing list has an error that could prevent your mailer from being sent. Direct Mail Manager’s address verification tool validates 160 million USPS addresses, along with more than 15 million non-postal addresses. If you have an address that can’t be validated, you can then double check to make sure there are no typos. Free accounts are limited to 10,000 verifications while Pro and Enterprise users are allowed unlimited verifications. - Design and Integration Support:
Both free and pro users can integrate Direct Mail Manager’s API, but only Pro members get free support from our integration specialists. For users that need design on their campaigns, costs vary. Users with a free Direct Mail Manager plan can purchase static campaign design for $150. HTML variable data design costs $350. Direct Mail Manager users with a pro account have access to Direct Mail Manager’s quick start package which includes three free designs and integration support. - Variable Data Printing
Personalize your direct mail campaigns with Direct Mail Manager’s variable data printing capabilities. With variable data printing, users can provide recipients with specific designs, offers and verbiage tailored to their identities and shopping habits. Variable data printing also allows users to benefit from enhanced tracking with custom URLs. You can also use it to catch the attention of recipients by leveraging highly intricate data your competitors likely aren’t leveraging.
Additionally, Direct Mail Manager users with an enterprise account are able to add as many extra users as needed. Enterprise level accounts also have access to letters with first class postage to meet HIPAA compliance upon request. Pro accounts are allowed up to three logins. Those with a free Direct Mail Manager account are restricted to just one login. Another key difference between the Pro and Free levels of Direct Mail Manager is the amount of API calls you get. Free Direct Mail Manager accounts receive a maximum of 60 API calls per minute, while pro accounts receive 300 per minute.
